Below you’ll find the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our Savannah / Hilton Head International airport shuttle service. Will the shuttle make multiple stops?
If more than one location is booked, the shuttle will make more than one stop.
How long is the ride?
Approximately thirty minutes to Savannah and an hour to Hilton Head Island.
Can children ride in the shuttle if they require a car seat?
Yes. Children utilizing their own seats are charged at the same rate as adults. We do not provide child safety seats. Infants riding in their parents lap are not charged.
How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
At least twenty-four hours.
What hotels do you go to?

Do you go to the southside of Savannah or Beaufort?
By private charter only (contact KShuttle Sales personnel for specific information).
Do the shuttles automatically pick up at the hotels every day or do I need a reservation?
A pick up at a hotel must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. The shuttles do not automatically pick up.
If my flight plans change or my flight gets cancelled how do I change my reservation?
Contact one of our customer service representatives and they will assist you. A refund can be issued minus a $5 processing charge if the reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours before the service time.
Where do I check in at the airport?
We have two reservation counters, one on each end of the baggage claim area on the lower level of the airport terminal. Our Customer Service Representatives will direct you to the loading area from there.
Is the driver tip included?
Do I have to book the round-trip (return) on the same day I purchase the one-way?
In order to receive the discounted round-trip rate, the return must be booked at the same time.
